Job Description

  • Design, maintain and enhance company Human Resource System.
  • Manage Recruitment, performance management and improvements.
  • Formulate staff KPI’s
  • Coordinate Trainings for Employees Improvement.
  • Manage Daily HR activities.
  • Manage interactions with external parties.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): ISO 9001, Labor Law, Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law.
  • Experienced with HRIS.
  • Strong desire to perform and excel.
  • Open minded and cross culturally comfortable.
  • Hardworking and self motivated.
